  • Your property must be located in Garfield County, Colorado.
  • You must own the residence to be upgraded with the energy efficiency renovations.
  • The property can be owner occupied or a rental property (rental properties are limited to loan amounts less than $15,000).
  • Have a minimum credit score of 580.
  • Meet additional financing terms of EnergySmart Partners LLC.

    EnergySmart Partners’ loans range from $1,000 to $25,000. Fixed interest rates range from 3.75% to 8.5%. APR’s may range as low as 3.949% to 14.183% based on your creditworthiness, loan amount, term, and income verification type; and is subject to our normal credit qualifications. APR’s are subject to change without notice.

    Loan amounts in excess of $15,000 will be secured by a Deed of Trust on the property.

    Solar:  Call CLEER staff before applying for Renewables funding at 970-704-9200.  Off-Grid or On-site, Grid-tied, net-metered, adhering to policies of utility company. Systems must be installed by NABCEP or COSEIA certified contractor.

    All improvements have minimum efficiency requirements.  Eligible measures are subject to local building code and permitting processes. Ancillary improvement costs may not exceed 20% of total project. This list is subject to change without notice.
